Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data TJ Coaches ("we", "us") collects when you use tjcoaches.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We're a small operation — we collect the minimum we need to deliver what you've paid for, and nothing gets sold to anyone.
What we collect
Checkout details. When you buy a program, nutrition plan, or coaching subscription, payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We never see or store your card number — Stripe passes us your email address and order details only, so we can deliver what you bought and email your confirmation.
Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form (post-purchase intake or general enquiries), we collect whatever you enter — typically your name, email, and message — via FormSubmit.co, which forwards it straight to our inbox.
Basket contents. If you're browsing programs or nutrition plans, your basket is stored only in your browser (localStorage) until you check out. We don't see it or store it on a server until you actually pay.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns — which pages get visited, roughly how much traffic we get. It's cookieless and doesn't identify you individually.
Newsletter signups. If you sign up to hear from us, we store your email address with Resend (our email provider) so we can send you training content. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, any time.
Why we collect it
Strictly to run the business: to deliver the program or plan you bought, to email your download link and receipt, to respond to your enquiry, to bill a coaching subscription monthly, and — if you've opted in — to send you occasional training content. We don't use your data for anything beyond what you'd reasonably expect from having bought something or asked us a question.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to actually run the site. Each only sees what it needs to do its job:
- • Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
- • Resend — sending order confirmations and, if you've opted in, newsletter emails.
- • Vercel — website hosting and anonymous traffic analytics.
- • FormSubmit.co — relaying contact form submissions to our inbox.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone, for any reason. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are retained by Stripe for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Contact form submissions and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. We don't run a customer database beyond what these third-party services already hold on our behalf.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we (or our providers) hold about you, ask us to restrict how it's used, or request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email info@tjcoaches.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't change how we use data you've already given us without telling you.
